HISTORICAL CEDULA
The sedula is another item in our government system that needs to be ERADICATED. It's plain and simple useless. It's time for the printers and the long line of payola people who are behind the sedula system to RETHINK of other ways to earn extra income. PNoy and LGUs pakitanggal na ang sedula. Now na pwede?
