CASTING for a film is the process of searching not only for the RIGHT ACTOR for a role but the RIGHT MIX  of actors.  Celebrities abroad know the importance of attending invites for readings and casting.  Attending these activities DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE NOT A GOOD ACTOR.  It means that YOU as AN ACTOR respect the art of filmmaking that you know the importance of the CASTING process.  Same goes with commendable television productions.
