According to this website (http://www.cigaretteprices.net/), the PH has the cheapest cigarettes in the world, 
not just in this region.

I really don't mind if SMOKERS WANT TO CONTINUE TO POLLUTE THEIR GOD-GIVEN BODIES.  What I do mind are JUST TWO SIMPLE AVOIDABLE THINGS:
1) the smoke and stench that they leave behind

• they enter an enclosed room from smoking thinking that  they don't wreak of cigarette smoke, worse is if the room is air-conditioned and worst if it's in a tight elevator space
• they smoke in public utility vehicles most especially cabs not sensitive about the health of the driver and the other passengers who will use the cab (this is against the law by the way)
• they smoke while walking without being sensitive to the pedestrian behind them who are not only trying to hold their breath but trying to walk fast so they could overtake the smoker

  2) they are such LITTER BUGS!
The caring people across the world are trying to "save" mother Earth then here we have the SMOKERS not minding where they flick their cigarette ash like while driving or just walking, or where they throw the cig cases, or where they squeeze that cig butt with their shoes thinking that it's a cool James Dean way of killing the fire.  Please buy or make a PERSONAL ASHTRAY that you can carry around! Don't litter! 

I USED TO BE A SMOKER.  I KICKED THE HABIT YEARS AGO.  I'M NOT ASKING YOU TO QUIT ALTHOUGH THAT WOULD BE BEST :-)  BUT PLEASE ENCOURAGE YOUR CO-SMOKERS TO BE SENSITIVE ABOUT THE HEALTH OF THE PEOPLE AROUND YOU AS WELL AS MOTHER EARTH.
